Jan de Jong - Managing Director
Jan is a founding member and Managing Director of Nedamco Capital. Jan held a number of board positions with rapidly growing IT companies overseeing operational growth. He has many years of entrepreneurial and operational experience as founder (in 1983) and CEO of Nedamco Inc., a US-based global technology development and investment company, active in 55 countries and market leader in China and India. Among the products it developed and commercialized were industrial silicones, oscillating cutting tools (originating in the healthcare industry) and a new generation of distillation processes (for the healthcare industry). Nedamco Inc. was sold successfully in 1998 for a 200x return on capital after the company had achieved consistent growth in turnover and profit.
After the successful divestment of its operating activities in 1998, Nedamco has been actively involved in the private equity market with particular emphasis on the IT technology sector.
Before founding Nedamco Inc., Jan was active as an executive at Muller & Phipps, a New York based trading company and responsible for sales & marketing. Jan de Jong holds various degrees from the London School of Foreign Trade.
Martin Bleijendaal - CFO
Martin Bleijendaal is the CFO of Nedamco since 2001. For ten years previously, he was with Greenfield Capital Partners, a US and Dutch-based Asset Management and Corporate finance house, where he was responsible for the finance activities of the corporate holding company and venture capital practice.
Prior to that he was with Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young) for nine years in the international audit practice. He became a Registered Accountant after he completed his studies (Nivra) in 1989 in the Netherlands.
