Insight Capital - The management of Insight Capital Europe was taken over in 1999 (committed capital of US$ 275m). The staff of Insight Capital Europe was included in the arrangement. Nedamco assumed all of Insight Europe’s legal obligations. In addition, it assumed the responsibility for the quarterly portfolio reporting in accordance with international standards.
ABN AMRO Funds I and II - The responsibility for ABN AMRO’s IT portfolios I (invested capital of EUR 50m) and II (invested capital of EUR 35m) was assumed in 2006, when they became “non-core” for this bank. The team of ABN AMRO managers was also transferred. Nedamco became responsible for preparing the quarterly reporting for these portfolios in accordance with international standards.
Favonius Funds I and II - In 2008 the two management companies of the Favonius funds (FVE and FVE II) were acquired and in 2009 the FVE II fund (committed capital of EUR 75m) was taken over. All the legal contracts and liabilities of Favonius were assumed as part of the transaction. In addition, Nedamco became responsible for the quarterly portfolio reporting for the benefit of major international investors like ABN AMRO, ING and Calpers.
ABN AMRO Fund III - In 2009 additional IT investments were acquired from ABN AMRO, consisting of investments in both private and publicly-listed companies (total invested capital of EUR 52m).
ABN AMRO Fund IV - In 2010 Nedamco entered into a transaction with ABN AMRO to acquire an additional six investments in both private and publicly-listed companies (total invested capital of EUR 73m).
Biotech Turnaround Fund(BTF) B.V. ("BTF") - in 2011 Nedamco acquired a majority stake in BTF, a 2001 vintage investment fund with a focus on biotech companies (Invested capital €75m)
